Valentines Fireworks Knokke-Heist 12-2-2011
I went on a trip to Knokke-Heist – Belgium to see a fireworks show shot by HC Pyrotechnics, honoring Valentines Day. And why, OF COURSE I brought the camera! Here’s the footage:
It was a nice show, and we (coincidentally) met up with a bunch of other pyromaniacs from Vuurwerkcrew at the nearest McDonalds (funny how such a touristic town doesn’t have a fast-food joint in a 10km radius). The show ended at about 8:20pm, but we didn’t get home until like 12:30am because we were just having too much fun.
Too bad a friend of mine couldn’t come… but oh well, at least I got to see some pretty fireworks. :)
Animated Spotlight – March
The virus has gotten me as well. For those of you unfamiliar with the semi-new cartoon show (I’m always late with stuff like this…), I’m talking about Lauren Faust’s new incarnation of the My Little Pony franchise:
Friendship is Magic.
The show is genuinely hilarious. The characters all have their typical perks, qualities and flaws. The first 2 episodes (the pilot) are a bit wonky, but after that it’s just random, hilarious… randomness.
Throw all your prejudices out of the window; this is a show for both kids AND their parents (like, for REAL). In fact, the group where the series is most popular with is actually adult males of around 20~30 years of age.
(Only a considerably small amount of which is furry. *COUGH*)
I enjoy it and with me a lot of others do as well. 4Chan is crazy about it, Something Awful is crazy about it, YouTube is crazy about it… And what do you have to lose?

DVD Trailer 2011
This is the trailer of my DVD ‘Snakebite & Co 2010/2011′. It features 2 hours of firework footage shot during last New Years Eve.
It was a great day. I’ve had a lot of fun, we shot a great deal of fireworks (over 3000 euros) and even my friends from a different province came over to Bergen op Zoom to celebrate it with us. I’ll repay them by celebrating it in Capelle a/d Ijssel next year, and you can count on even more awesomeness!
The DVD is currently only available in the Netherlands. I’m going to try to set up a decent payment method for foreign buyerrs. If you’re from the Netherlands and you want the DVD, check out the shop!!!
New site!
Hello and welcome to my new website. I’ll try to update this one more frequently than the old one. The old one was a bit more difficult to update, so I guess this won’t be a problem.
